Denial of Visitation

The Detention Center may deny a visit if:

  1. The visitor is disruptive or dangerous, including attempting to introduce contraband into the facility.
  2. The visitor has a recent history of disruptive behavior at the facility.
  3. The visitor appears to be under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
  4. The visitor refuses to show identification.
  5. The inmate refuses the visit.
  6. The visitor is inappropriately dressed.
